One report, every linked weld

A single NDT report can cover dozens of welds. Each weld’s acceptance is captured individually, so a single rejected weld becomes a tracked repair without disturbing the rest of the report.

Keep the repair history together

When a weld fails NDE, record the repair welder, repair WPS, and re-inspection beside the original weld so the full history stays together.

What you get

Common inspection methods

Record RT, UT, PT, and MT, with other methods added when the project needs them.

Inspector details

Every report stores who inspected, when, where, and the original PDF as filed.

Repair tracking

Failed welds open a repair record automatically; the next NDE cycle updates the original log.

Frequently asked questions

How are repairs handled?

A failed weld automatically opens a repair record. The repair is welded, re-inspected, and the result is linked back to the original weld so the history is complete.

Can I import existing inspection reports?

Yes. Bulk-import historical NDT reports as PDFs and tag them to welds and drawings retrospectively.

Do you handle inspector qualifications?

Each report keeps the inspector’s identity. Their qualification records can be kept with the welding procedures and welder qualifications.
