Wrong clicks are not catastrophes

Supported deleted records enter project trash with the person and time recorded. An authorized user can restore them during the displayed 30-day period.

Permanent removal is recorded

After the 30-day window, an authorized cleanup can permanently remove eligible items and record who carried it out.

Frequently asked questions

How long are items kept in trash?

The current product window is 30 days. Older eligible records can then be removed by the authorized cleanup process, with the purge operation recorded for review.

Who can restore a deleted item?

Restoration requires an authorized role on the project. Both the original deletion and the restore are recorded in the audit log.

Can I extend the retention window?

The current project-trash window is 30 days. If your company needs a different retention period, ask us what is supported before relying on it for a live project.
